The Shuswap Trail Alliance is proud to host the pre-symposium workshop that will provide current best practices on trail design construction and maintenance. Our guide for the worshop will be Mark Schmidt, IMBA trail specialist and head of IMBA Canada. Few have as much experience as Mark, in teaching the in's and out's of trail construction.
The workshop will include a three hour in-class presentation, followed by six hours of in-field instruction and hands-on learning. The in-field session will be held on one of the Shuswap's newest trail projects, so look forward to beautiful surroundings, and some great trails.
